Ingredients:
Serves 6
45ml
(3 Tbsp) olive oil
30 ml (2 Tbsp) tomato paste
45ml (3 Tbsp) wine or wine vinegar
30 ml (2 Tbsp) Vindaloo Goan Masala
6 tuna steaks about 2.5 cm (1 inch) thick
Tip: Get this fish chopped up and make tuna tacos instead!

Mix
first 4 ingredients. Rub on and marinate the filets, covered,
for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Turn filets twice during marination.
Cook on a medium high Greased grill - 4-5 minutes each side
(Until center is translucent -tuna dries easily)
