Ingredients:
Serves 6
22ml
(1.5 Tbsp) olive oil
22ml (2 Tbsp) Jaman Jamaican Masala
6 Red Snapper filets or a large whole red snapper

Mix
olive oil and Jaman together. Rub on and marinate the filets,
covered, for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Turn filets twice during
marination.
Cook on a greased grill -medium-high skin side up for 1-2
minutes.
Turn
fish 3-6 more minutes until skin is blackened
Tip:
If cooking a whole fish, cook 10 minutes each side until just
cooked through
