Ingredients:

ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
30 ml (2 Tbsp) lemon juice
30 ml (2 Tbsp) Sirocco Mediterranean Masala
36 large raw shrimp or scallops
Wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes
Tip: alternate shrimps and scallops on your skewers

If
using scallops, boil them for one minute so they wonąt stick
to the grill
Mix first 3 ingredients together and then add the shrimps
or scallops Marinate for 30 minutes
Thread the shellfish onto skewers, 1cm apart Greased grill-
medium high, turn occasionally Cook 5-7 minutes or until just
firm
