Ingredients:

sliced onions
30ml (2 tbsp)oil
22ml (1.5 tbsp) masala
1 medium tomato, chopped
125ml (1/2 cup) yogurt
500g chopped meat or chicken
250ml (1 cup) water

Heat
oil over medium heat in a heavy bottomed casserole;
cook onions until soft and translucent. Add masala and stir
for one minute.
Add the tomato and yogurt. Stir well and add the meat
coating well.
Add the water and gently bring to a boil, simmer until cooked.
Serve with rice.
