Ingredients:
Serves 4-6

2 egg whites
2 cups of pecan halves or
cashews or unsalted peanuts
1 tbsp of masala

 


Beat the egg whites and then toss the nuts in the egg whites. Drain.

Toss the nuts in the masala.

Bake at 250F stirring every 20 minutes. This could take up to an hour depending on the size of the nuts.
