Ingredients:
Serves 4-6
125ml
(* cup) flour
454g (1lb) large, deveined shrimp
2 egg whites
15 ml (1tbsp) water
80 ml ( 1/3 cup) cornmeal
80 ml ( 1/3 cup) flour
15 ml (1tbsp) masala

Dredge
the shrimp in the flour. Mix the egg whites and the water
together and dip the dredged shrimp in the resulting liquid.
Mix the remaining flower and the masala together and dip the
shrimp in this mixture.
Heat vegetable oil over medium high heat and fry for about
3-4 minutes, drain on paper towel and serve with a lemon or
lime slice.
