Ingredients:
Serves 4-6

1 loaf of cut up bread or bagels
1 egg white, beaten
1 tbsp of masala

 






Bake croutons in the oven at 250F for 12-15 minutes.

Toss them in the egg white and then in the masala. Bake again until dry.

Use in your favourite salads or in soup. I love these ground up and served over pasta!
