ground meat, fish
22ml ( 1.5 tbsp) masala*
1 egg white, beaten ( to bind)
*do not use use chai for this one
Mix all the ingredients together and cook in a non stick pan
or on the grill. If using lean pork or turkey it may be necessary
to add some water to the pan so that the burgers don't stick.
Try adding some chopped fresh spinach to the mix for a nutritious
contribution.
