Ingredients:
Serves 6

75 ml (6 Tbsp) Butter, melted
75 ml (6 Tbsp) Lemon juice- freshly squeezed
30ml (2 Tbsp) Parera Sri Lankan Masala
6 uncooked lobster tails

 






 

Mix first 3 ingredients together & brush over the lobster tails

Medium high grill Cook 8-10 minutes smothering with butter as often as desired

Cook until lobster is opaque and serve with more Sri Lankan butter
