Ingredients:
Serves 2-4
30
ml (2 Tbsp) Jaman
30 ml (2 Tbsp) limejuice, freshly squeezed 15ml (1 tbsp) oil
750g (1.5 lbs) boneless chicken breast
Optional:
30 ml ( 2tbsp) oil
125ml ( 0.5 cup) broth or water
Juice of one more lime

Marinate the chicken in the marinade
for up to 12 hours

Cook in a skillet heated to medium high (or n the barbecue)
in the 30 ml of oil until the chicken is cooked through. Remove
the chicken and add 125 ml of broth and the juice of one lime
to the remaining liquid. Bring to a boil and then simmer,
reducing the liquid to half its original volume. Serve over
the chicken.

Serve with rice or try with sweet potato fries.
