15 ml ( Tbsp) Anapana, Roghan Josh, Kinabalu, Tandoori or
Vindaloo Masala
1 can of coconut milk
1/4 cup of chopped fresh coriander
salt and lemon juice to taste
Mix Masala and coconut milk in a saucepan
and bring to a boil, simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Add chopped
fresh coriander, salt and lemon juice.
