Ingredients:
Serves 4

1 tablespoon of butter
1 large onion sliced
350 ml risotto
3 cups of strained Chai tea
Salt and pepper to taste.

 




 

Heat a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat and add the butter. Fry the onion until clear, add the risotto and stir for three more minutes.

Add the strained chai tea, bring to a boil and then simmer for 25 minutes until the risotto is cooked.
