Ingredients:
Serves 6

45ml (3Tbsp ) olive oil
30 ml (2 Tbsp) Kinabalu Malaysian Masala
juice of one lime
Chopped fresh coriander (Optional)
6 salmon steaks

 






 

Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Rub on and marinate the steaks, covered, for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Turn filets twice during marination.
Greased grill - medium high 4-5 minutes each side.


Tip: make a Voila Masala coconut milk sauce to accompany.
